Whether it be letters, documents, web-sites, software, leaflets, or any other media, we will be glad to give a quote. We can accept submissions by post or e-mail.

Rates can be negotiated on a per-word, per-page, per-hour, or per-job basis, and depend upon the technical content and the purpose of the translation. For example, a translation giving the general gist of correspondence may be charged at a lower rate than a technical translation intended for publication.

Generally we require a sample of the source document in order to give a price quotation, though if this is not available then we can give an estimate which may be reviewed once the source is seen.

When starting a large commission we will give a short initial “no-obligation” sample translation to ensure that it matches the client’s expectations. For long translations we will generally break them down into several installments, individually charged as work progresses, allowing the client to provide feedback and give them opportunities to adjust the specification to suit their needs.

For on-site interpreting, Intesym is based in central Northumberland and within easy reach both of and by clients around Alnwick, Morpeth, Tyneside, Newcastle, Durham, and the Scottish Borders.
